Additional Resources
This USGS booklet engages students in thinking about and planning for careers in science. Photographs and text capture what it means to be a cartographer, a geologist, a biologist, an oceanographer, and many other types of scientists.

Science Careers Website
The Bureau of Labor and Statistics created a website that suggests possible careers for students interested in science. Careers described include pharmacist, chemist, environmental scientist, etc. Relevant statistics, educational background and experience, likely salaries, and more, are given for each career.
