International Strategy for Disaster Reduction is developing a web based simulation for teaching about pre-disaster preparedness.  The scenarios include hurricanes, earthquakes and wildfires. 

The National Council for Science and the Environment's (NCSE) 2007 report, Integrating Environment and Human Health, addresses Risk and Decision Making, Ecological and Human Health Risk Assessment, and other related topics.
