NEW! A new report from the Center on Education Policy
"From The Capital To The Classroom: Year 2 Of The No Child Left Behind Act," is a new report from the Center on Education Policy (CEP) that describes the implementation and effects of the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB) during calendar year 2003. From the Capital to the Classroom: Year 2 of the No Child Left Behind Act, along with each district case study and additional information on CEP, its publications and its work, is available at www.cep-dc.org.
